ABSOLUTEly GREEN

This is not actually to advertise on the product below – in the image because I am not being paid but, instead, I’d like to share what I have learned from one of our lectures in Parasitology in medical school.

Don’t you know that distilled drinking water are more and sure to be clean compared to other processed bottled drinking water over any stores. And among those bottled water companies, it is the GREEN colored bottled drinking water are the distilled one. Just for a thought, actually!

Have a great green Monday guys!

Thai Roti at Blue Elephant

When I and Ernhez attended the Cebu International Travel and Expo 2011 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino here in Cebu City on July 23, 2011, we had a chance to dine at The Walk in I.T. Park just more or less 200 meters away from the hotel. As I have said before, I am very picky with regards to food, so I was the one who chose where to dine. That time, I was actually craving for Thai Foods and since Ernhez haven’t tried eating at The Blue Elephant Thai Restaurant there, I just brought him there.

Aside from the meal dishes that we ordered, I also ordered Thai Roti to let Ernhez try this foodie also. This is not my first time to eat Roti, though.

When eating Roti, I want it to be tasting sweet yet spicy and salty. So aside from the peanut roti sauce served by the restaurant, I also asked for a sweetened milk from them. That was just to add some more yumminess to the roti.

Have you tried Roti already? Share your stories too!

Happy and Yummy Sunday everyone!

Vegetarian Chocolate

This morning, my classmate as well as a housemate, handed me a chocolate – a vegetarian chocolate to be specific which was actually given by the mother-in-law of our other housemate. We are three in the apartment, all of us are all medical students.

The vegetarian chocolate is actually a fruit and nut milk mixed chocolate. It has raisins and nuts inside.
As how each chocolate tastes, it’s very yummy and delicious. And very healthy as well.

This is one such a-must-try chocolate! Have a great Thursday everyone!

Sapporo Special Pancit Bihon Guisado RECIPE

I’ve been craving for pancit lately. And even thought of preparing one. Ahihi!

But I am not really that confident to prepare foods, though I know how, I am just ashamed to show to how and even to let you try some. Haha!

Since I still am having here my Yummy magazine, June 2011 issue, I browsed again the pancit bihon which I marked “a must try to prepare at home”. But laziness strike my butt again. I, instead, bought pancit bihon for myself then. LOL!
