McDonald Hot Fudge Sundae

No one can deny that the temperature in our country lately has really changed increasingly compared to a decade before. I personally proved it myself because in as early as 9:00 AM, the heat of the sun feels like digging to the bone and heating me like a 12:oo NN sunbathing. Hence, a cold desserts like McDonald Hot Fudge Sundae is being craved lately.

Being just an ordinary lass who couldn’t tolerate more than 5-minute sun exposure, I didn’t hesitate to grab myself a share of this tempting McDonald Hot Fudge Sundae. Want some?!?!? Smiley

30-day Food Challenge

Choco Loco Yoghurt at The White Hat

I haven’t found The White HatItalian frozen Yoghurt store here in my new place. So every time I crave for yoghurts, I always remember those funny escapes of my close friend, Gemma Lou, wherein almost always the very first food we dive at are yoghurts at The White HatItalian frozen Yoghurt.

Most of the time I order Choco Loco Yoghurt. This doesn’t obviously shows how I love and attached to chocolates. Isn’t it? Smiley And to every cup of yoghurt we had before, always had a story to tell.

One time, we were still on our medical uniforms, we just immediate rush to SM City Cebu to cater our cravings needs. We passed by at a music store while munching our yoghurts, singing and laughing together when we accidentally bump at a music stand that looked like a Hamilton music stands at WWBW. Maybe we were just innocently looking students that time that the store attendants and the security guard didn’t scold us. They just smiled and told us to be careful next time in strolling inside the mall while eating so for us not to cause accidents nor damages to any stores.

But that was just us — often times, the childish in us dominates.

30-day Food Challenge

30-day Food Challenge

The ill feelings of frustrations that on this very moment, I could probably have my 17th entry for my 30-day food challenge to myself. After the saddest event happened to this blog, which you can read here — An Unupdated Food Blog, after more than five (5) years of blogging, that was the only time I asked myself if blogging is really for me and why that certain thing happened to me.

Anyway, I want to try to lift myself and enjoy and get back to food blogging track again. I want to pursue with my own 30-day food challenge to thyself. So here it goes!

30-day Food Challenge

I will post everyday as I could the foods that I loved, I craved, I don’t like to eat and anything more. For as long as those are foods that almost always I have something to say.

So guys, are you ready to get hungry with me for this 30-day food challenge?

Nestlé NESQUIK® Chocolate Powder Recalled for Salmonella

It is the Nestlé USA itself who voluntarily recalled their product, Nestlé NESQUIK® Chocolate Powder, at 10.9, 21.8 and 40.7 ounce canisters. This is because of possible Salmonella contamination on these product items.

According to the FDA press release, the Calcium Carbonate ingredient in this Nestlé NESQUIK® Chocolate Powder possibly has Salmonella as per advised by supplier of such ingredient, the Omya Inc.

From my viewpoint.

It is really good to know that even how competitive the food markets today, this food company initiated the recall of their product though this product has just recently been produced, October 2012, and has expiration dated October 2014. The company did not think of their rebound loss but the benefit of their consumers — the long term effects to the people.

This isn’t supposed to be what I’m sharing. I was preoccupied by the class dvd duplication project to be submitted the end of the month and we still in the process of video editing, which I was tasked to do. But my work has stopped for a while because of this recall press release about Nestlé NESQUIK® Chocolate Powder. Not too bad since I still have helped in disseminating information to consumers even through blogging about this.

Stay healthy guys!
