Musical Instrument Cake

I am not really a food techie but I just love to blog and share what foods I’ve eaten, I’ve tried cooking and preparing and of course, those food also which I haven’t tasted yet but really wanting to prepare them myself. And one of the latest food cravings that I have is the musical instrument cake which I first saw in a friend’s birthday party.

The musical instrument cake above was not the cake I’ve seen and tried a spoonful from a birthday party of my friend. But it was looking like that. See? Isn’t that so cute and really beautiful cake which every music lover would love to receive on their birthdays. Right?

So, for any birthday of music lover friends, this is a great idea a gift as an alternative when budget is too tight. Instead of thinking to buy instruments at guitar center as a birthday presents, you can have this musical instrument cake.

Another Food Blog?

I already have this food blog, though the title is not really a general food blog, it still publishes and allows all posts about foods and vegetables. So as of this time, I don’t have plans yet in creating another food blog. However, when a friend of mine got a chance to create a travel blog, he included another food blog of him. And since he cannot work on them as he previously thought of, he thought of giving his food blog to me instead.

He got his travel blog from a web site building free of any charges. And his food blog was another free web site. But we haven’t talked further about how he got them for free yet.

For now, I am still hesitant to accept the new food blog he offered.

Lead Found In Imported Rice in America

M has been worrying about his laptop computer and used to ask me how to reformat hard drive so that he can just do his laptop on his own. I personally don’t have any ideas on how to reformat hard drive, so I just browse over the internet some keys on doing it. However, in the middle of my research online, an alarming news about rice halted me from what I first worked on.

The news article says that there’s a worrisome levels of lead found in imported rice in America after a research was done lead by Tsanangurayi Tongesayi in Monmouth University in New Jersey. The rice analysis results showed that rice consumed in America has higher than acceptable levels of lead. These imported rice came from Asia, Europe and South America.

This research on rice made me think if the rice that is imported in the country from other Asian countries does also contain lead?
